Initial Workout

Did you know that members of Bellevue and dual members have access to the Willows Road facility for no additional monthly fee? Take advantage of this informative and complimentary 55-minute orientation and workout. During the session you’ll learn the basics of how to effectively use the equipment and classes at PRO Sports Club Willows Road as a unique compliment to your current workout program. You will walk away with a sample workout card and complimentary passes for future classes or private coaching sessions. View calendar.

Independent Workouts

Use of our Strength, Energy System Development and Regeneration Studios is encouraged for person workouts upon completion of the complimentary one-hour Program Sampler.

 

Functional Movement Screen & Fundamentals

This session is the prerequisite for your participation in Performance Training. The screen consists of seven easy exercises which asses your mobility, stability, and flexibility, while educating you on the skills required to be successful as you progress through Performance Training.
