Independent Workouts

Use of our Strength, Energy System Development and Regeneration Studios is encouraged for person workouts upon completion of the complimentary one-hour Program Sampler.

 

Functional Movement Screen & Fundamentals

This session is the prerequisite for your participation in Performance Training. The screen consists of seven easy exercises which asses your mobility, stability, and flexibility, while educating you on the skills required to be successful as you progress through Performance Training. Available by appointment.
