Alaina takes a purposeful approach towards fitness. She believes in a balanced lifestyle and strives to integrate fun, challenge, and variety into each program. You will benefit from Alaina’s authenticity as she motivates and empowers you as partner and client. Alaina is an outdoor enthusiast; passionate about endurance running, swimming, backpacking, mountain biking, yoga and core strengthening techniques.

BS Kinesiology (WSU), NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, ACSM Health/Fitness Instructor®

Billy is a Senior Personal Trainer. He played Division I College Football and has experience in collegiate strength coaching and post-rehabilitation for a variety of sports. He enjoys working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their personal goals. Due to a full schedule, this trainer is unable to accept jumpstart clients.

Brent’s goal is to empower every client with the knowledge on how to be successful in achieving their health and fitness goals. He enjoys training clients with a wide variety of goals from weight loss, lean body mass gain, sports performance, or general conditioning, Brent will provide a safe and fun environment for you to achieve your goals. Brent also enjoys playing baseball, basketball, football, golf, and racquetball.

Clark is enthusiastic about helping individuals achieve their desired levels of fitness. His passion for training is rooted in his belief that a person's quality of life directly correlates with their level of health and fitness. Through education and a personalized fitness program, Clark can help you reach your goals and enjoy your training along the way. Clark has experience training a variety of clients ranging from children to seniors, and weekend warriors to elite martial arts athletes. He enjoys kickboxing, jujitsu, basketball, baseball, hiking, and winter sports.


Courtney Doughty

BS Exercise Biology (University of California, Davis). ACSM Personal Trainer® certified, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Courtney's goal is to help people reduce risk of disease and increase fitness through interesting and challenging exercises. She enjoys working with all fitness levels and ages. Courtney knows every individual is motivated differently and is passionate about finding a personalize routine for each. She was a former competitor in Division-1 Track and field at University of California, Davis where she pole vaulted and threw the javelin.

Jason has experience in strength training of all levels and sport specific training. He loves to see people achieve their fitness goals. He enjoys bodybuilding, snowboarding, and hockey. Due to a full schedule, this trainer is unable to accept jumpstart clients.

Jeramiah is knowledgeable in sport specific training. He played college football. He enjoys working with all levels and aspects of fitness.

Josh played collegiate football at Central Washington University as a quarterback and wide receiver. He has an extensive athletic background and a passion for fitness. Josh enjoys working with people of all fitness levels and provides a fun and challenging workout regimen. He is eager and motivated to see his clients achieve positive fitness results. Josh specializes in weight lifting, sport specific training, and achieving total body fitness. He enjoys football, basketball, snowboarding, time with family, and movies.


Paul Schaaf

Paul is excited to help individuals of all ability levels meet their goals through individualized fitness programs. He seeks to challenge and motivate clients by integrating sound principles and safe techniques with education pertaining to fitness. Paul has participated in sports his entire life and enjoys a variety of activities including snowboarding, strength training, hiking and fishing.


Shain Weaver

Shain is specialized in metabolic disorders including weight loss, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes, injury rehab, bone disorders, and hypertension. He is experienced in sport specific training (running, golf, plyometrics), youth training, and workplace ergonomics.
