Scheduling
We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure the greatest selection of services and appointment times. A membership account number (having a charge card agreement on file) or credit card is required when scheduling.
Standing Appointments
For your convenience, standing reservations are available upon request to guarantee your desired appointment day, time and service provider.
Check-In
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment and 5 minutes prior to your salon appointment to allow enough time to check-in and change. In an effort to serve guests efficiently, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments and may be asked to reschedule.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to all, we request 24-hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance or no shows will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled.
Children
Spa treatments are designed for guests age 12 or older (younger guests accompanied by a parent), while Salon services may be scheduled for children over the age of five. Please note that locker room facilities are available for guests age 16 and older. For your enjoyment and that of our other guests, younger children are not permitted in The Spa. You may make reservations to leave your child in our licensed childcare center, Discovery Bay, by calling (425) 861-6247.
Quiet Please
To preserve a peaceful experience for all, we request turning off your cell phone, pager or laptop, and speaking quietly while in The Spa.
Spa Dining
Enhance your spa experience with a delicious meal in the luxurious comfort of the Spa Dining Lounge (women only).
Special Needs
Your comfort and well-being are our primary concern. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities.
Alcohol
For your comfort and health, we request that no alcoholic beverages be consumed 12 hours prior to receiving your spa treatment. Many of our spa treatments could intensify the alcohol in your system.
Non-Members
The Spa and Salon welcomes non-members of PRO Sports Club. Non-members pay an additional fee for most services. The whirlpool, sauna, steam room and dining facilities are included with all services. Health club facility usage is included with all Spa Journey packages and available for an additional fee with all other services.
Group Retreats
We offer the perfect refuge to unwind and refresh for a bridal party, morale event, or corporate retreat. Our facilities are available for groups from 3-25 people. Onsite meeting rooms, catering, and wellness activities are also available. For details please contact our event coordinator at (425) 869-4705.
Gratuities
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Gratuities are included with all Journey spa packages. All services will be charged a 3% service fee for our support staff and added to your final bill. A 20% gratuity will be added to all group events.
Gift Cards
The ideal gift for any occasion. Spa gift cards may be purchased in any dollar increment over $25.00 to use towards products or services of your choice. For your convenience, spa gift cards may be purchased at The Spa, Concierge, or over the phone.
