Active kids are happy kids. At PRO Sports Club, you’ll find plenty of ways to keep your children interested and excited. Our classes offer kids - ages 4 to 18 - a great way to meet new friends, try something new, or just have fun.

Aquatics
In addition to swimming instruction, kids can also join our Junior PRO Swim Team.
Youth Lessons (ages 3-12 years)

Private Lessons
Offered for both children and adults. Lessons can be scheduled at any time with the instructor of your choice or we will help find an instructor for you. Video stroke analysis is available for an additional charge upon request. View PDF Flyer.
PRO Swim Team (ages 6-18)
Kids of all skill levels are invited to join our year-round PRO Swim Team. A supportive team-based environment helps kids develop strong bodies, strong minds and long-lasting friendships. The team competes from October through July as part of the Pacific Northwest Swimming Association. Practices take place Monday - Saturday, dependent on ages and abilities. The team competes in local, regional and national meets throughout the year. View PDF Flyer.
New swimmers must schedule a tryout before joining the team. Tryouts are held Monday-Friday, 3-4 p.m. by appointment only. Please contact our Swim Team Coordinator, Kelsey Booth at (425) 869-4757 x 7400, kbooth@proclub.com for further information. Prospective swimmers may start immediately and have one week post tryout to complete and submit the required paperwork.

Junior Hoops (Ages 5-13 years)
This workshop teaches beginning players ages 5-13 years old basic fundamentals, rules of the game and different drills designed to instill an interest for the game of basketball. View PDF Flyer.
Varsity Hoops (Grades 4-12)
Teams, clinics, camps, leagues, and tournaments are led by Coach Jeremy Eggers. Jeremy provides a customized player development program emphasizing the “complete package”, that incorporates all aspects of the game. View PDF Flyer.
Teams (grades 4-12)
A customized player development program dedicated to each athlete’s progression. Teams are formed for advanced players and consist of two days a week of training, tournaments, and league play. All Players must attend tryouts which are held quarterly.
Skills Training (ages 9-15)
Become a more complete basketball player and take your game play to the next level through skills and drills training sessions, which enable you to integrate all aspects of the game of basketball.
Skills Training (grades 4-10)
Ball Handling & Passing - Learn how to handle the ball more effectively and efficiently, while dribbling with purpose. This camp is targeted at improving existing skills, learning new moves, developing your “off” hand, and dribbling under pressure. View PDF Flyer.
Skill Position - Shooting & Scoring - Get more prepared for game situations in the position you typically play. All of the Big Men will work together with one coach, while all the guards and forwards will work together with another coach as each group focuses on developing specific skills related to their position. Speed & Agility/Defense - Learn how to improve your footwork to respond quicker on defense and offense. Improve your speed, agility, jumping ability, and your first step during this class, and take your game to a new level. View PDF Flyer.

Discovery Bay
For our youngest members, PRO Sports Club has created several opportunities to keep the little ones having fun and staying active.
Kids Gymnastics (ages 18 mo - 5 yr)
Join us for a fun, safe, nurturing, motivating gymnastics experience. Gain and develop strength, flexibility, balance, increase gross motor skills and focus, all in an environment where delightful giggles abound. View PDF Flyer.
Fit Superheroes (ages 4 - 5 yr)
A super fun, action-packed class that offers a variety of fitness games and activities to improve endurance, strength, speed and hand-eye coordination. View PDF Flyer.
Storybook Yoga (ages 5-7 years)
Story time + Movement = FUN! Children play fun yoga games and learn the ABC's of yoga while developing strength, coordination, and self-confidence. We’ll also get our wiggles out as we act out stories with yoga poses, using our creativity and imagination. View PDF Flyer.

Fitness games & fun activities to improve agility, hand-eye coordination and overall fitness for all ability levels. Ages 8-13.

Junior Karate

Focus on safety, awareness & basic skills for youth at all ability levels to develop a strong self-image and positive attitude. Ages 5-11.

Soccer
Futsal® (ages 18 and older)
Futsal is derived from the Spanish or Portuguese word for soccer (FUTbol or FUTebol) and the French or Spanish word for indoor (SALon or SALa). The game is played on basketball-sized courts and is frequently referred to as Five-A-Side or Mini-Soccer. Futsal gained rapid popularity throughout South America, particularly in Brazil. Many Brazilian soccer superstars such as Pele, Zico, Socrates, and Bebeto developed their skill playing Futsal. While Brazil continues to be the Futsal hub of the world, the game is now played all over the world. View PDF Flyer.

Private Lessons
Lessons may be arranged through the Front Desk in person or by phone at (425) 885-5566 with at least one day's notice. Lessons are available for 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions. During your one-on-one session your instructor will work with you to help you with stroke mechanics, shot selection, game strategy and better serves. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full amount of the lesson. Video Lessons are available upon special request.

Tennis
Summer Jr. Eastside Tennis League (ages 10-18)
The league is for unranked junior players, with a basic skill set for competitive play from the Eastside and Seattle areas. For boys and girls age divisions 10's, 12's, 14's, 16's, and 18's. Matches with various local clubs are scheduled every Friday during the Summer months. The PRO Sports Club's team will consist of 50 players with coaching from USPTA certified Pros - there are various levels of players available for everyone! Please contact one of our tennis pros to discuss the necessary skill set requirements. This is a great way to get over 100 hours of practice play, t-shirts and health club training.
Junior After-School (ages 4-18)
Join the tennis staff for drills, games, and supervised play. Sessions vary in length from 8-12 weeks and are grouped by age. Participants who want to register for the PRO Team must have Darrell Abang’s approval to enroll. View PDF Flyer.
Junior Weekend (ages 5-13)
Join Sunny Park, Todd Leone or Rachna Khune for drills, games, and supervised play. Registration is monthly. Participants must have Sunny’s approval to enroll and must be Intermediate or higher level of play. View PDF Flyer.
