We offer a state-of-the-art clinic with the very best up-to-date equipment, as well as scientifically researched physical therapy treatments. Our physical therapy services are available to members and non-members of PRO Club. Treatments utilize the facilities of the entire health club so that patients can maximize their exercise possibilities during recovery. For convenience, most treatments may be billed to a patient’s insurance provider.

Reserved parking is available to provide easy access for appointments.

Chris V.
Chris is a Pacific Northwest native and life-long Eastside community member. He received his undergraduate training in Fitness Specialty and Exercise Science from Lake Washington Institute of Technology and Bastyr University while working as a personal trainer for six years prior to earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington. His eclectic clinical background ranges from manual therapy for the spine to treating pediatric populations & neurologic diagnoses across the lifespan. He has also worked extensively with teenagers and older adults of various athletic abilities. Chris has contributed to research using 3D-motion capture technology and activity monitors in order to study movement patterns in recreational runners and the effect of novel treatment strategies on walking in individuals with cerebral palsy, Parkinson's, lower extremity limb loss, and stroke survivors. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities that include fishing, camping, hiking, kayaking, and snowboarding. As a treatment philosophy, Chris relies heavily on education and empowering patients with self-management strategies in order for each patient to earn a sense of control over their condition.

Eric W.
Eric is a former collegiate football player and competitor in multiple bodybuilding shows and powerlifting meets. Originally from Port Angeles, Washington, he played at Dakota State University as a Defensive End while pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. After graduation, Eric returned to Port Angeles and worked as a personal trainer at the Olympic Peninsula YMCA and was voted Clallam County’s Best Personal Trainer in 2018-2019. Following, he earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists® (CSCS®) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association® (NSCA®) and moved to Rochester, New York to complete a three-year Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Nazareth College. Eric is currently working as a licensed, full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy at the PRO Medical Physical Therapy clinic, as well as training clients at PRO Club.

Galina R.
Galina received her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She is highly educated with 14 years of formal college education, that includes a Master’s degree in physical rehabilitation from Russian State University (RSUPESY&T) completed with honors in 2008, along with advanced training in Myofascial Manipulation, Ergonomics and Extremity integration. Additional interests include specialized conferences for “Safe Return to Sports,” “Overhead Throwing Injuries,” and “Developmental Orthopedics.” Galina likes to emphasize manual therapy and manual assessment in her approach to treatment and evaluation.

Leah K.
Leah received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from the Lake Washington Institute of Technology, and currently sits on their PTA advisory committee. She is passionate about treating everyone from high level athletes to those with neurological conditions. While working at PRO Club, she discovered the benefits of aquatic therapy. Leah balances manual therapy and exercises specific to a patient’s needs so that they regain function, joy and involvement in activities. In her spare time, she loves being outdoors hiking, biking, swimming and enjoying the benefits of the Pacific Northwest. She is also an avid reader and self-made movie critic.

Mark D.
Mark graduated from the University of Washington Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2017. He combines his experience as an educator, personal trainer, and clinician to create a collaborative environment for injury recovery and wellness. A Philly-area native, Mark enjoys rooting for his home teams among the 12s, and in his spare time…Mark does not have spare time these days, as he spends all free time chasing his two daughters, both of whom think he is a pretty cool dad.

Matthew received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Oregon. He is dual credentialed as a Certified Athletic Trainer receiving his B.S. in Athletic Training from Washington State University. He believes in collaborating with patients, encouraging them to have an active role in their care and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to help guide their recovery. Shelly H.
Shelly graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. She has experience in a variety of settings and has spent the majority of her career in orthopedics and outpatient sports medicine. Her emphasis has been treating endurance athletes, especially runners. She has continuing education in low back, biomechanics, running, and has completed a mentorship in rehabilitation of athletes at Athlete’s Performance in Clearwater, Florida.

Susan H.
Susan is a graduate of the Mayo Clinic with over 25 years of physical therapy experience, primarily in orthopedic outpatient settings. She continues to expand her knowledge with continuing education in orthopedics, neuro-muscular function and breathing techniques. She treats a full range of patients from sedentary to athletic, including non-surgical to post-surgical conditions and problems during or after pregnancy. Susan’s approach looks at the body as a whole, and she works to restore normal function with treatment emphasizing manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.

Tiffany L.
Tiffany is a Seattle native and received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Green River College. She enjoys working with a variety of patients and conditions, especially the knee and hip. Her own injuries as a high school athlete playing basketball at various levels of competition inspires her focus on efficient injury recovery. It’s her passion to help patients return to the activities that they love quickly and safely. Tiffany spends her free time catching up with family and friends, hiking with her puppy on the local trails, coaching youth basketball, and attending local sporting events.

Travis D.
Travis received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences. He completed his undergraduate studies in Kinesiology at Washington State University. Travis has experience treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries, assisting in rehabilitation following various orthopedic surgeries, and has had the privilege to sit in on several surgeries including various joint replacement surgeries and rotator cuff repairs. He strongly believes in "relative rest" while recovering from injury, and is an advocate for utilizing restorative exercises, and manual therapy techniques for improving movement and performance.
