Cassandra S.
Cassandra embraced athletics at a young age while growing up in Southern California. Starting with dance classes, she moved onto playing soccer for 13 years, and continued to visit the gym where group fitness classes became part of her daily routine. She knew she had found her calling – to motivate, inspire, and show others how the pursuit of health and fitness can lead to happiness. After teaching cycling classes in San Francisco for six years, she moved to Seattle. Cassandra’s mission is to create a special experience for each person in class so that they can’t wait to attend another one. She finds it fulfilling to make fitness fun and encourage individuals to create a consistency that will ultimately lead to a healthy lifestyle. When she isn’t teaching, she enjoys going to concerts, volunteering at animal shelters and horse therapy ranches, hiking, camping or watching pretty much any sport.

Chelsey O.
Chelsey Ocean has been in the health and wellness industry for over 15 years. She is a registered dietitian with a Master of Science, is a certified diabetes educator, and has experience as a sports dietitian. After practicing yoga for ten years, she chose to take the holistic nature of a healthy lifestyle one step further and trained to be a yoga instructor. She completed the Rasa Yoga 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification with Greta Hill. While taking this training 28 weeks pregnant, she also found a passion for helping women through their pregnancies with yoga and soon thereafter became a prenatal yoga teacher training under Julia Piazza. Pursuing extremes like running five marathons and competing in five body building competitions, Chelsey feels yoga is the perfect way to find balance among extremes and aims to create flows and space to help her students seek that balance in their life too.

Maria, a former corporate sales professional, discovered Pilates after the birth of her third child. She was looking for a way to get back in shape and found that Pilates offered core-strengthening and postural benefits that improved her overall symmetry and strength for other activities like golf. In 2010, Maria became a STOTT Pilates®️ certified Instructor, completing the full comprehensive certification program. She is certified to teach on all of the Pilates equipment - Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac and Barrels, including all Essential, Intermediate and Advanced exercises, as well as special coursework in Injury and Special Populations. Maria has worked with a wide variety of clients from young athletes to grandparents and everyone in between. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and enjoys attending UW football and soccer games.

Paige was introduced to Pilates in 2006 as a student. As she continued to practice Pilates, she noticed that she always left her classes and sessions feeling energized and taller. Paria began her experience with Pilates after obtaining a degree in Electrical Engineering and realizing how Pilates can improve body function, relieve pain, and prevent injury. In 2013, she became a certified instructor with multiple advanced certifications including; STOTT PILATES® Injuries & Special Populations, Matwork , Reformer and Total Barre®, and Level 1&2 :STOTT PILATES® Matwork , Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, & Barrels and Rehabilitation Specialist. Pashmi began dancing on stage at age five. She acquired training in Indian Classical (Kathak) and folk dancing, and has participated in numerous dance competitions. When she discovered BollyWorks Fitness, which combines dancing and fitness, she was inspired and excited to teach and share her love of dancing with others. Pashmi believes that if you’re passionate about something, you’ll make time for it no matter how busy your schedule might get. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and reading fiction.
