We help athletes, teens, and every day fitness enthusiasts take their health and fitness to the next level with world class coaching, expert class programs, and a supportive community. All fitness levels welcome.

The PRO Club Strength and Conditioning Center delivers a world-class coaching experience through our expert class program designs. You will progress your fitness level, hit personal records, increase your metabolism, shed body fat, and achieve your desired fitness goals.

Our community is uplifting and supportive. We have created an environment that will challenge you to become the healthiest, fittest version of you. Our coaches take pride in delivering results safely while educating you along the way.

s&c center classes

CONDITIONING

A 55-minute metabolic mash-up with a variety of conditioning modalities. Utilizing a wide range of equipment, this class will motivate, challenge, and inspire you to be your best self.

BOOT CAMP

A 55-minute class combining strength and conditioning using different equipment throughout the workout.

STRENGTH

Establish confidence with barbell compound lifts including deadlift, squat and various pressing motions. This class involves auxiliary lifts that will compliment your goals in building full body strength while remaining pain-free in the process. Each class finishes with a cardio-based circuit to fully exhaust the focused muscle groups of that day.

X-FIT

A great total-body workout aimed to challenge everyone. This class is focused on strength, endurance, and skill acquisition. The X-Fit class will leave you feeling pushed to the appropriate level for you. The class is designed with repeatable workouts that are trackable and progressive. Come enjoy this combination of strength and endurance class that will leave you feeling challenged, empowered, and craving more.

BOXING

An interval-based class that combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Our coaches will lead you through rounds of different punches and combos focused on proper boxing technique and drills. The boxing class delivers a high level of cardio, muscle strengthening, sharper reflexes, and a focus of your mind.

IGNITE

A combination of strength and cardio that will set fire to your metabolic conditioning. Each 55-minute class is a total body workout using a variety of different equipment. All fitness levels are welcome to attend.

TEEN CONDITIONING

Specifically designed for the youth athlete (ages 12-17 to improve coordination, strength, stamina, and speed. This unique program is custom designed to meet every youth’s goal no matter what sport they participate in. Each athlete will learn how to properly train all foundational movement patterns via strength training techniques and motor skill development. The primary focus is on movement quality, technical performance, and speed development.

Bulletproof your body with this functional strength and conditioning class. No matter where you’re at in your exercise journey we will help you improve and progress your fitness base, enhance your resilience to injury, help you grow stronger and move better for everyday life.

As an experienced martial arts, swimming, and track athlete who later transitioned into coaching, Addison understands the value of perseverance and discipline. He found his calling assisting others in reaching their goals with passion and enjoyment. He believes in training methods such as functional training, weightlifting, powerlifting, and martial arts, which not only help improve clients physically, but also bring about enjoyment by increasing versatility. He loves to teach his clients the “why” behind the exercises and values the importance of technique and form. He believes anyone can find enjoyment in any shape or form through exercise.

James has 15 years’ experience as a personal trainer and coach with a philosophy that focuses on making well-being a way of life and cultivating it as a design for living. He is a Senior Performance Coach at the PRO Strength & Conditioning Center and was awarded Coach of the Year in 2022. James grew up and went to college in Cape Town, South Africa. As a certified Pain-free Performance Specialist, he creates tailor-made fitness programs for every athlete based on their individual goals. He has extensive experience with a variety of sports including Rugby, Cricket, Track, Cross-Country, Soccer, Snowboarding, MMA, Obstacle Course Racing and Surfing. Being a fierce Spartan Obstacle course competitor with a balanced focus on strength, resilience and conditioning, James is passionate about giving his clients the tools they need to achieve and crush your fitness goals.

As a Personal Trainer and Performance Coach, Tasha Whelan strives to provide people with the tools they need to enhance their daily lives, improve sport performance, promote healthy body weight, create new habits and continually encourages her clients to set goals that will enhance a healthy pain-free lifestyle. Tasha is a competitive powerlifter who competes at the PRO level and is ranked as an International Elite competitor. Tasha has worked hard over the last 8 years to reach this level of competition which is no small feat. Not only is she highly ranked as a top strength athlete, she began her athletic endeavors as an endurance athlete (Running, Mountaineering, Boxing and Dance). In her off season from Powerlifting, Tasha still finds love in climbing Mountains and challenges herself physically and mentally. Academically, Tasha received a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Archaeology from the University of Washington, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science and Athletic Training from Central Washington University. Tasha enjoys learning about people of all backgrounds and livelihoods and continues to grow professionally in the fitness industry through personal athletic endeavors as well as constantly attending seminars, workshops, books, and podcasts.
