The popularity of Pilates has been attributed to refining the body’s appearance in ways you simply can’t get through traditional cardiovascular and strength training formats. It’s also the exercise choice of celebrities and elite athletes for creating core body strength, balance, and control.

Pilates focuses on fluidity of movement and can be used to rehabilitate injuries or sharpen athletic performance. It’s gentle on the joints and works the body in a more efficient manner. You will receive a guided session to experience the basic Pilates foundational movements and vocabulary to be successful in a Pilates class or private session. Donna began her fitness career teaching personal training and group fitness classes after college, but discovered her passion for Pilates in 2009. Recognizing its benefits, she pursued certification and became a Balanced Body Certified Pilates Instructor in 2016, specializing in various apparatuses including Reformer, Trapeze, Barrel and Chair. Alongside Pilates, she's certified in Barre and ACE Group Fitness. Donna enjoys working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, helping them reach their goals. Lyndee experienced the benefits of Pilates after a series of injuries that led to surgery and physical therapy; she wanted to understand the how and why this practice was so beneficial, so she trained to be a Pilates instructor. Currently, Lyndee enjoys working with people in both one-on-one sessions and in group classes. Her nursing background gives a deep foundation to her work and she's driven by her passion to help people meet their goals, whether they wish to build strength and endurance or experience flexibility in their body. She enjoys playing in her kitchen and garden, spending time with friends and family, and hiking with her dogs.

Maria M.
Maria, a former corporate sales professional, discovered Pilates after the birth of her third child. She was looking for a way to get back in shape and found that Pilates offered core-strengthening and postural benefits that improved her overall symmetry and strength for other activities like golf. In 2010, Maria became a STOTT Pilates®️ certified Instructor, completing the full comprehensive certification program. She is certified to teach on all of the Pilates equipment - Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac and Barrels, including all Essential, Intermediate and Advanced exercises, as well as special coursework in Injury and Special Populations. Maria has worked with a wide variety of clients from young athletes to grandparents and everyone in between. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and enjoys attending UW football and soccer games.

As a life long lover of the outdoors and movement, Patti started teaching Spinning classes and progressed to getting a certification in Pilates equipment and mat instruction.
