CLASS SCHEDULE

Use your personal Wodify account for advanced class registration.

  • Drop-ins are welcome, however encouraged to e-mail in advance.
  • Upon joining the CrossFit Bel-Red community, a Wodify account will be created.
  • Advanced class registration is limited to CrossFit Bel-Red athletes.
  • Registration is available 72 hours in advance for all CrossFit Bel-Red athletes through their personal Wodify account.
  • Each class has a maximum capacity of 14 participants. Space is limited, so we highly recommend registering in advance.

coaches

David S.
David has always been involved in fitness in one form or another. From running cross country and track field to CrossFit, he's always found his passion in staying fit and healthy. Retired from running due to injuries, David turned to weightlifting in college. His passion expanded throughout college, where he began leading weekly workouts in person and through zoom sessions during the pandemic for others in his college community. While doing so, he truly saw the difference he could make by pushing others to feel better about themselves by working out consistently. After working in Los Angeles in the TV and Film industry, he sought a more physically demanding career that would allow him to work with his body and be outdoors. This led him to horse training and breeding. After an injury to his shoulder, he became focused on the recovery process and dedicated his career to being a personal trainer. David believes that working out, whether weight training, losing weight, or to just simply live a healthier lifestyle doesn't have to strictly be dumbbells and treadmill. He enjoys cultivating creative outlets for fitness while building a fun, supportive, and motivating environment for clients of any and every background to come together.

Doug W.
Doug is the Head Coach at CrossFit Bel-Red. Doug has an innate passion for health and fitness. He uses this passion to motivate and inspire others to feel the same way. Doug has experience and expertise in a wide variety of training programs including: weight reduction, sport-specific, strength and cardiovascular training. Doug brings fun and excitement to every training while providing an efficient and effective program to help people reach their personal goals and take them to higher levels of fitness.

Janelle C.
As a former Division 1 athlete in volleyball and basketball, an overseas volleyball player, and sport coach, Janelle understands the importance of discipline and commitment. With a strong background in athletics she has found a passion for fitness and helping others create their own healthy active lifestyle tailored towards their hobbies and what they enjoy most. Janelle also strongly believes in the CrossFit mantra focusing on functional movements, creating a community and commitment through the fitness lifestyle. She loves showing clients different fitness challenges through Spartan races, Crossfit competitions, 5k runs, push up tests and half marathons and works with many aspiring volleyball athletes to help improve their individual skill for their future volleyball season. Janelle believes that everyone can find fun in any form of fitness and wants to help our society find that.

Josh has been working in the health and fitness industry since 1995 and was introduced to CrossFit in 2011, which shifted his training approach from sport specific to fully encompassing the 10 General Physical Skills of CrossFit: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. His passion is to help members reach their health and fitness goals through exercise. Josh coaches the PRO Club Triathlon Team, enjoys Adventure Racing, Triathlons and all team sports.

She fell in love with group fitness for the empowering community and joy that it brought to her life, and currently teaches cycling, strength and conditioning, and circuit classes. As a certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist, she is devoted to guiding individuals to achieve their fitness goals without pain, while enjoying the process. Laila has a deep-rooted passion for integrated healthcare and is studying Health Counseling and Psychology at Antioch University. She is invested in the science of well-being and her mission is to help her clients feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies.
