ADULT PROGRAMS

CO-ED BEGINNER CLINIC

This clinic is great for players to further develop their game by improving movement, shot selection and strategy. Our expert coaches will also review your techniques to refine your skills to help take your game to the next level. Players have the opportunity to practice what they have learned while playing with other players following the session.

TOURNAMENTS

Each year we offer a three-person team tournament and Interclub League Competition for those who desire some friendly competition and the ability to be challenged by other players. In addition, we host the National Juniors Tournament accredited by the US Squash Association and host an annual West Coast College Showcase with the top college coaches.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons are an excellent way to get personalized, one-on-one coaching from PRO’s world-renowned squash pros to help improve your techniques, skills, strategy, and immerse yourself in the sport.

Whether you are a beginner or an elite player you can learn a lot from being coached one on one. You can either work on perfecting a specific skill or go for a hard pressure session depending on your goals. Following your lesson, we recommend that you get on the court several times a week by yourself or with a partner to practice what you learned and to gain the true benefits of the lesson.
