Whether your child wants to take a competitive edge and try out for swim team, or learn to be a mermaid in our mermaid camp, our youth swim programs are specifically designed to fill your needs.

SWIM TEAM

Each June, PRO Swimming invites swimmers ages 7-18 to try out for our year-round swim team. Our supportive, team-based environment helps kids develop strong bodies, strong minds, and long-lasting friendships.

H20 Cardio

Get in the water and get moving! Our water aerobics classes are held in deep water with movements that challenge your balance and core strength. This wake-up workout to fun music will leave you revitalized for the weekend.

Triathlon Swim Training

Improve your performance with guidance on technique, drills, strength, speed, and endurance. Whether you’re a triathlete entering a sprint or full Ironman, or an active swimmer who uses swimming to complement your workout program this class is for you. Contact the Aquatic Concierge for enrollment information.

HYDRO FITNESS

Get your body moving with this low impact combination of exercise and water walking. The pace is set at your level as you move, balance, and coordinate safe exercises in water. Held in the 4’6’’, 88 degree recreation pool.

Water Tai Chi

This class is a blend of Eastern modalities, including martial arts-related Tai Chi, the physical exercise and breathe control of Qi Gong, and the movements and awareness of Yoga all in the water. The movements are slow and gentle cultivating the flow of life force energy, or chi, to reflect a balanced mind, body and spirit. This form of low impact exercise helps prepare your body for daily activities by using water resistance and buoyancy to improve muscular strength and endurance. Additional benefits include boosting the immune system, alleviating aches and pains, improving posture, balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, and increasing joint and tendon strength.
